Cancellation before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, you can do so. However, there will be an additional charge. To do so, please contact us by email at our address as soon as possible. Therefore, if the order is already being prepared or has been dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel it.
Cancellation after dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations. Returns and exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days. Please contact us at ourddress to initiate a return or exchange.
Refund conditions
Refunds will be made within 15 working days. Following receipt of the returned product in good condition.
Please note that returned products must be in their original condition. This means unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, unless the error is due to us.
Returns not accepted
Items that have been used or modified cannot be returned or exchanged.
